BOULEVARD BUILDING
Constructed in the 1970s, this building is situated along an iconic boulevard in the center of Tehran, offering magnificent views of the northern mountains and Park-e Laleh. The renovation involved reinforcing the structure and completely replacing the mechanical and electrical networks. While the exterior was carefully restored to preserve its original character, the interior now features 12 open-space offices and a retail unit, all designed to meet today’s modern needs.
