Bita Ghabaian, who has studied and worked in Paris and New York for several years, established the practice in 2004.

“I studied in the ‘Architecture school of Versailles’ concentrating on city planning and landscape architecture. After becoming an architect DPLG in France, I completed my experience at Columbia University in New York City, focusing on the business side of architecture and construction.

After several work experience in Paris and New York, I decided to start working in Iran, the country I was born. While there, I had the opportunity to follow several projects from the beginning to the end, giving me a full understanding of challenges being involved in the process of construction from design to delivery.

What I have learnt through my studies and experience as an architect is to measure the impact of my work in its environment and landscape. In that matter, it’s important for me to understand and respect as much as possible the existing situation of a project, and refer to local materials and constructions. I try to be conscious that each line on a paper must have an undermining reason and respond to a need, as it will have an impact on the environment of a project.“
